Cristina R. Reina

Chief Experience Officer Leo US

/

Cristina Reina is a globally recognized creative leader known for breakthrough ideas, meticulous craft, and a bold ability to shape culture through impactful creativity.

As Chief Experience Officer at Leo U.S., Cristina is elevating creative excellence across the agency’s Chicago and New York offices—leading with ambition, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration, and championing work that is as creatively brave as it is effective in driving business results.

Previously, as Partner & Chief Creative Officer at Quality Experience, Cristina helped build a company grounded in the belief that creativity should never be compromised—challenging conventions and delivering work that was as effective as it was impossible to ignore. Prior to that, she served as Global Executive Creative Director and Head of Art at McCann North America, where she led award-winning campaigns for Microsoft, Smirnoff, and Verizon. Her work for Microsoft earned two Cannes Lions Grand Prix and helped McCann New York become the most awarded agency in the network and one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies.

Cristina has been recognized as one of the top 10 Creative Directors globally by the Cannes Lions Top Talent Report, named in Adweek’s Creative 100 as one of the most innovative talents in advertising, and ranked #1 most awarded Executive Creative Director by The One Show. Her work has earned hundreds of awards across Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Effies, Clios, and other top industry festivals.

Beyond her creative achievements, she was honored as a Campaign US Inspiring Woman in the Conquering Creativity category for setting new benchmarks of creative excellence in her career and workplace. She has also served as a jury member for prestigious industry awards, including The One Show, D&AD, ADC, and Gerety Awards. Her work has been featured in major publications, including The New York Times, The New Yorker, Fast Company, and Monocle.

Before joining McCann, Cristina held leadership roles at DDB NY and DDB Madrid, consistently driving high-impact, culturally resonant work.

Cristina believes in the power of creativity to challenge norms, spark conversations, and drive real change—crafting work that doesn’t just earn attention but leaves a lasting impact.
